Titanium Tube Gred 12
Titanium Gr.12 has excellent resistance to acid corrosion and very good resistance to crevice corrosion in hot brines. Due to its higher strength, Gr.12 Titanium can have a thinner wall thickness than Gr.2 Titanium or Gr.7 Titanium under the same conditions.

Titanium Gred 12 aloi is similar to Titanium Grades 2 and 3 except that Titanium Grade 12 has 0.3% molibdenum and 0.8% nikel. This offers enhanced corrosion resistance.

Titanium Gred 12 0.8NI-0.3MO is a commercially pure forged titanium aloi. Gred 12 titanium alloys offer excellent strength at elevated temperatures, good weldability and resistance to crevice corrosion. This material is similar to Grade 2 and Grade 3 titanium alloys, but with the addition of molybdenum and nickel for enhanced corrosion resistance. Gred 12 titanium alloys can be hot or cold formed by either compression molding, hydroforming, stretch molding, or drop hammering. The material's ability to be molded in a variety of ways makes Grade 12 titanium useful in many applications.
